For USA readers, True Hope has to produce its product in America, so you will have no problem accessing EmPower Plus as Health Canada can’t restrict sales in foreign countries, but they are trying to; no, I’m not kidding.
Health Canada has been non-compliant with this ruling and decided it knew better than to give True Hope an apology and its official approval to sell EmPower Plus in Canada. True Hope does sell EmPower Plus to lucky and now healthier Canadians by legal order of the Canadian courts. Health Canada continues to deny True Hope HC approval for daring to defy their $350 fine. Health Canada’s major clients are not the Canadian people — although more tax dollars go to Health Canada than any corporation. Health Canada’s clients are those who pay their fees. What would you do when confronted by a massive opponent, equipped with powers of annihilation, unlimited finance, highly paid Criminal Lawyers; an opponent operating as a rouge corporation rejecting the will of 72% of the Canadian people, ignoring demands from the Government of Canada and even the Department of Justice, Canada?
